Virtual Appointments
Virtual Appointments are available for patients who are unable to attend an appointment in person
Sometimes it may not be possible for a patient to attend an appointment in person for various reasons, and in such cases a virtual appointment may be the solution.
What are the technological requirements for a virtual appointment
The patient must have access to a cellphone that is able to make video calls, OR a computer with a web-cam and Microsoft Teams software.
What services are offered during a virtual appointment
• A verbal consultation with Kate-Marie Butlin
• Kate-Marie can answer and questions you may have about hearing loss and hearing aids
• Adjustments and fine tuning can be done to certain hearing aids
• Advice and support for family and friends of a person with a hearing loss
